In the following exercises, please note:

  • Read the instructions for the complete sequence of exercises and do them one after another. All sitting exercises can also be done while standing.
  • Make movements slowly and steadily and stop for a few seconds in each position. Continue to breathe deeply and regularly.
  • Depending on how much time you have, you can do one or several sequences and combine them at will. The times given are just a guide.
  • You will achieve the greatest effect by repeating individual exercises two or three times.
