Conventional tests do not meet our requirements. Our tests occur under conditions that are more extreme than can be expected in actual environments. We simulate time frames that far surpass the life expectancy of the product. Why? Because we’re dealing with safety and quality. In other words, an area in which we do not accept compromises.

A decisive quality of our products: electromagnetic compatibility. In two respects: to prevent device/function interference as well as to ensure that they are sufficiently protected. Also making sure that our products do not emit transient waves that could interfere with other devices and functions. Through our elaborate measurements, we are able to provide all of these safeguards.

Or our ambient simulations: performance tests involving extreme heat and coldness, moisture, fog, vibration, bending and pressure – whatever the product utilization – to ensure highest levels of reliability. Prior to going to production, products are thoroughly tested using virtual simulations. Thus, we can confidently say that the products leaving our production have passed the test with flying colors.
